Our Hot Dogs are made from high quality Angus Beef.  No nitrites, no fillers, all muscle. 

Once the kitchen gets your order, then your hot dog starts dancing on the grill. 

Most of our hot dogs have a choice of a Toasted Hoagie or a Steamed Poppy Seed Bun. Some dog’s topping are too much for the Poppy Seed Bun and the Hoagie is the best option. 

In order to get a good Plump Tasty Dog you need two things: Steam and Caramelization. We achieve that by covering our dogs during the cooking process to create an atmosphere of steam and never flipping. This creates a great Plump Tasty Dog. 

Once your Plump Tasty Dog gets off the grill and nestled into your bun, the magic starts. Then, our quality from scratch toppings begin their marriage with your hot dog. Let the Honeymoon begin!
