Not yet — but we’re getting close! We closed our Slidell location on July 31, 2023 and have been working hard on our new home at 1614N North Columbia St in Covington, LA. We serve 100% Angus beef hot dogs made from whole muscle cuts — no fillers, no by-products, no artificial nitrates. Every topping is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. Our menu includes classics like The Chicago and The American, as well as Louisiana-inspired originals like our Muffaletta Dog. We also serve fresh-baked Kevin Cookies for dessert. Yes! Bruiser’s is a proud Chicago Cubs bar as well as a hot dog restaurant in Covington. We serve beer, have a full bar, and host Cubs watch parties throughout the season. Whether you’re catching a game or just grabbing lunch, there’s always something on.
