The story

Welcome to the Dirty Dell

“The Dirty Dell” is Slidell’s nickname, and it’s where Bruiser’s grew up. For as long as Kevin can remember, an overpass on I-12 had THE DIRTY DELL spray painted across its concrete edge, so every time you drove into Slidell, the bridge welcomed you home. A little messy, a lot of character. So is this dog: every Chicago topping, deep fried, plus homemade chili and our 14-day sauerkraut.
